WHY WE SET UP THIS FUND?

The committee got together after a four day search for a local young girl was found hung less than a mile away from her home.

During tHe search we had to provide our own posters and torches, we aim to help fund families in this position with all things necessary to find a missing person.

As a committee we raised money to help the young girls family.

During this time the committee got to know about each other discovering that we have all experianced depression or have family members with mental health issues.

Through the search we have found out that approximately 80,000 children suffer from severe depression 0.9% thats 1/20 children in a classroom.

our aim is to help as many children and young people through their depression and helping families through troubled times.
